REGHIUM GUIDE

Complete platform guide

A practical Reghium Championship manual for Players, Teams and HUB owners: accounts, tournaments, results, rankings, grades, Wallet, community and event management.

OVERVIEW

How to use Reghium Championship

This guide covers the main frontend features and explains what a standard user, Team manager and HUB Owner/Manager can do.

User / Player

Profile, games, tournaments, Teams, friends, rankings, rewards, Wallet, Shop, Chat and support.

Team manager

Manages Team identity, roster, roles, invites, requests and Team tournament registrations.

HUB Owner / Manager

Publishes updates, creates events allowed by the HUB plan and can moderate assigned events.

01 · ACCOUNT & PROFILE

Everything about your account

Recommended first steps

Complete your profile, select the games you follow and check Notifications and Team invites: many competitive features depend on your account data and Team role.

02 · COMPETITIONS

From tournament to official result

Each event page collects information, participants, rules and all enabled competitive sections.

1

Registration

Registration can be free, RC-based or paid in euros through Stripe. For Team tournaments, an authorised Owner, Manager or Captain must register the Team. Available tournament discounts can be applied at checkout.

2

Check-in

When enabled, it appears on the tournament page during the configured window. Complete it to confirm attendance and avoid a no-show status.

3

Match Center & Bracket

View round/matchday, opponent, date and time, status, lineup, BO, results and Twitch when available. The Bracket shows advancement, seeds, BYEs and rounds live.

4

Report & confirm result

When tournament policy allows it, the participant or Team leader can report the score and proof. If confirmation is required, the opponent can accept or dispute the report.

03 · TOURNAMENT GRADES

How Grades, Points and Reghium Coin work

Each tournament can be assigned a Grade from 1 to 8. The rules below are read directly from the same configuration edited in Admin → Rankings, so this Guide updates automatically when Staff changes the official table.

Automatic awarding

When Staff records official placements, the system updates Player/Team Rankings and credits the Reghium Coin configured for that Grade. A Grade requiring Premium blocks registration for non-Premium accounts.

04 · TEAMS

Creation, roster and roles

For all Players

You can create a Team when allowed by your account, request to join a Team, accept or decline invitations and leave a Team you do not own.

The Team profile shows logo, roster, statistics, games, competitive history and trophies.

Go to Teams

Owner / Team Manager / Captain

Managers handle profile, logo, roster, invites, roles and removals. Managers and Captains can handle join requests; authorised leaders can register the Team for tournaments and report results when policy allows.

A Team deletion request is reviewed by Staff and does not immediately delete the profile.

05 · HUB & OWNERS

Community, followers and event management

Hub Free

Frontend creation applies the configured plan limits: in the current setup, Free allows up to one tournament per month, Single Elimination mode and games assigned to the HUB.

Hub Premium

Removes Free-plan limits enforced by the HUB engine and enables the full modes allowed by the platform, according to the active Premium plan.

HUB updates

Enabled Owners, Managers or Moderators can publish updates directly from the HUB Home. Followers receive a notification for each new update.

06 · WALLET, SHOP & PREMIUM

Payments, Reghium Coin and benefits

Wallet

Shows available, withdrawable, Bonus and locked RC, transactions, PayPal requests, purchases and unused benefits.

Shop

Multi-product cart with RC or euro checkout through Stripe when supported. Any benefits are activated automatically after payment.

Premium

Player and HUB plans with configured duration, price and benefits. They may include customisation, competitive/economic benefits and ad-free access.

Withdrawable RC and Bonus RC

Base tournament rewards are credited as Withdrawable RC when configured. Bonus RC, including registration and Premium win bonuses, can be spent but not withdrawn. RC purchases use Bonus first, then Withdrawable RC.

07 · COMMUNICATION & SUPPORT

Chat, Tickets, notifications and search

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How do I know which features a tournament has?

Open the tournament: its menu only shows sections enabled for that mode, such as Standings, Bracket, Matches, Scorers, Participants and Rules.

Does the tournament Grade automatically change rewards?

The Grade links the tournament to the official Points/RC table. When placements are recorded, the system uses the values configured for that Grade.

Who can register a Team?

For Team tournaments the system requires a Team the user can manage: active Owner, Manager or Captain.

Who can create a HUB tournament?

From the frontend, authorised HUB Owners, Managers and Moderators can do so, subject to the HUB plan and assigned games.

Chat or Ticket?

Use Chat to talk with other Players. For official Staff support, always use a Ticket.
